On the press release on 19th April Thursday. Apple released the news about daisy. The whole new robot which can disassemble 200 iPhones an hour. Isn’t that big? Well, it is counted in big launches. No iPhone, No MacBook, its Daisy.
Just looking at the one-year-old back scenario, we have witnessed the launch of “Liam”. Which use to disassemble an iPhone in 11 seconds. Daisy is an improved version of Liam only.
What Daisy is made of?
Daisy is a creation from Liam’s only. It is just an improved version which shows the ability to disassemble the nine versions of iPhone with sorting apart the high-quality of components for the recycling process.
Daisy has shown the capabilities of disassembling the 200 iPhones in an hour with all the final touch work with sorting apart the reusable components.
Apple’s Chief Lisa Jackson even mentioned:
Apple’s basically looking forward to work under and for the better environmental conditions. It has reduced its carbon footprints with the of renewable energy sources. Moreover, it believes in conserving the precious resources. It will use safer products pioneering the use of its products and processes.
Not just this, Apple also announced that the company is going to contribute money in form of the donation to Conservation International for every apple product they’ll receive for recycling.
Apple has now displayed all the attributes of calling one of the biggest company around the globe. The company has focused on “repairable and upgradeable product design”
