簡介 | 「2022保就業」計劃 | 防疫抗疫基金
簡介 香港特別行政區政府在「防疫抗疫基金」下推出「2022保就業」計劃（本計劃），向僱主提供為期三個月（即2022年5月、6月和7月）的工資補貼，以協助他們保留現時僱員，甚至在疫情許可的情況下重振業務時增聘員工。合資格的自僱人士亦可申請一筆過資助。 本計劃申請期為2022年4月29日早上8時至2022年5月12日晚上11時59分。 申請資格 僱主 申請者須以公司／法團／機構／個人僱主身分提出申請，並必須符合以下所有條件： (1) 不是「剔除名單」第一部分列明的僱主（見附表）； (2) 須於2021年12月31日或之前已參與強積金計劃或設立職業退休計劃； (3) 沒有牽涉清盤、撤銷公司註冊、剔除註冊的相關程序或處於不活動狀態；以及 (4) 在2022年5月10日或之前已繳清「2020保就業」計劃的退款／罰款（如有）。 自僱人士 申請者須以自僱人士的個人身分提出申請，並必須符合以下所有條件： (1) 須於2021年12月31日或之前已成功開設「自僱人士強積金戶口」，並於申請當日仍未取消該戶口；以及 (2) 若合資格的自僱人士擁有多於一個「自僱人士強積金戶口」，亦只能提交一次申請。 請注意，「自僱人士強積金戶口」是指以「自僱人士」身分開設的強積金戶口，而在其強積金供款紀錄文件中，一般會印有「自僱人士」帳戶等字句。根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》（香港法例第485章），「自僱人士」是指並非以僱員身分收取有關入息的人，而該等有關入息是源自該人在香港（全部或部分）生產貨品或提供服務，或源自在香港從事向香港或香港以外地方提供貨品或服務的業務。以「僱員」身分開設的強積金戶口，或任何形式的強積金「個人帳戶」均不符合申請資格。 工資補貼金額及計算方法 參照月份 曾獲批「2020保就業」計劃申請者須指明希望採用的紀錄，以供政府代理人計算其「補貼名額上限」和「補貼金額上限」。其他申請者一律以2021年第四季紀錄作為計算基礎。詳情見下表 – 申請者曾獲批 「2020保就業」計劃 申請者未曾獲批／未有申請 「2020保就業」計劃 可選擇（1）獲批「2020保就業」計劃時的強積金／職業退休計劃紀錄 （下稱「2020保就業紀錄」）；或（2）2021年第四季的強積金／職業退休計劃紀錄（下稱「2021年第四季紀錄」） 如選擇（1），「參照月份」為獲批「2020保就業」計劃時申請者所選擇的「指定月份」 如選擇（2），「參照月份」為2021年10月至12月內申請者可獲最高「補貼金額上限」的月份 由於須要從強積金受託人／設立職業退休計劃的僱主取得「2021年第四季紀錄」，選擇（2）的申請審批過程及獲發補貼的時間將會較長 必須採用2021年第四季的強積金／職業退休計劃紀錄（下稱「2021年第四季紀錄」） 「參照月份」為2021年10月至12月內申請者可獲最高「補貼金額上限」的月份 採用「2021年第四季紀錄」的申請者請注意 – (1) 如屬強積金計劃，政府代理人會按相關強積金紀錄和上述原則為申請者選取「參照月份」。職業退休計劃申請者則須於填寫網上申請表時直接提交有關其屬意「參照月份」的所需文件；以及 (2) 本計劃只會考慮申請者在2022年2月28日或之前的強積金供款紀錄或開設的職業退休計劃。換言之，於2022年3月1日或之後才補付的2021年第四季供款不會被納入計算。 補貼名額上限及補貼金額上限 政府代理人會參照申請者「參照月份」的僱員人數和每月工資，按下表方式計算申請者的「補貼名額上限」及「補貼金額上限」– 「參照月份」的每月工資1 按工資範圍內僱員2人數得出各項補貼名額 每月可獲補貼上限 8,000元或以上 =「全額補貼名額」 8,000元...
