15月 鬼のクレーム！これもなんとかするしかないな。 by crfee54w1t8w 部下の独り言 今日猛烈なクレームにあった。 このクレーム自体は私の前任者のヤラカシが私に伝えられてなかったことで放置していたみたいな感じになっていた。     聞いてみると2ヶ月前ぐらいに連絡をこちらからしないといけなかったことがあったらしい。 どう考えてもうちの会社の対応が悪いとしか思えない。 こういったことも何か後Excelとか紙媒体で管理するからこういうことになる。 だからこういった在庫管理システム　無料で使えるようなシステムで試しておかないといけない   後は担当者が1人しかいないっていうのも問題かもしれないなぁまぁこれは会社の方がお金を出さないだろうから1人で何とか生って言う風な話なんだろうけどなかなか簡単にいきそうな気がしないなぁ。 さてとりあえず上司の上司位な人に今回の件を相談したらとりあえず私が思うような感じのお客様への補償対応と言う事で動いて良いと言うことになった。 直接の上司はこういった事は絶対対応しないし逃げるしお金を使わせないし権限を渡さないでも問題は解決しろと言うボンクラなのでとりあえず上手にこの辺を上司の上司に伝えて権限をもらえることになった。 ひとまず今後はこのお客さんに対してはこちらが私が思ってるような対応で納得していただけるよう努力をしようと思う。 それにしてもこういったことをかからないようにするための会社組織であったり上司だったりって言うはずだとは思うんだけども家の会社の闇を感じるところだななんであゆ奴があんな権限の状態で会社に入るのかというのがさっぱりわからないと言うことでまた明日から頑張ってみよう。     304月 今日もまた、ムダな作業工程を繰り返しながら改善点を洗い出し by crfee54w1t8w 部下の独り言 さて今日俺がやった仕事を振り返るとするかな。     営業時間外に注文されてあった商品の処理を行う。 その時に問い合わせや返品の連絡といったようなことももろもろ行う。 返品の連絡っていうのも対応中って言うことをいちいち後確認しながら作業しないといけないけどめんどくさいのか… 完全に頭から外していいわけではないんだけれどもお客さんからの連絡待ちの状態っていうのがある。 その上でお客さんから連絡が来なかった場合って言う時にずっと無視していいのかというかお客さんからの連絡待ちの状態でいていいのかどうかと言う所の判断がいつも迷う。     誰に聞いてもこういったことの明確な対応方法や条件基準と言うものをわかっていない。 なんとなくやっているんだろうなぁなんとなくでやってきたんだろうなぁっていうことがわかる。 まぁ今までこれで問題がなかったって言うことであれば判断基準としてはある程度加工によってこられてきた人の意見や感覚をそのまま踏襲するとして、問題はここからだ。     お客様からの連絡待ちと言うこと自体を例えば3日後に連絡をすると言うようなことなどを管理するときにシステムとは全く別の何かしらのスケジュールであったりリマインダーであったりって言うようなものに打ち込んでおいてやりとりをすると言うことがあるんだがこの辺の管理がめちゃくちゃめんどくさいマジで面倒臭い。     あとこういったようなことを上司に相談をしてもこの現象やこの状態と言うことそのものに対してピンと来ていない。 相当の無能なのかと思った位はするけど、中小の企業中小の小さい会社っていうのは概ねこういうものなんだろうなぁと諦めている。 できることとすれば私のレベルを上げて能力を上げて会社の中で私が主導権を握ると言うような感じの状況に持っていくしかない。 本当は今回の上司からのその在庫管理についての無理難題って言うものに対しては本当はやりたくはなかったんだけどもよるからには自分にメリットがあるような感じで考えようと思う と言うような感じで今日も1日雑務と在庫管理のシステムについての調査で終わってしまった。...
