Home - Madison County Regional Office of Education 41
ROE 41 assists schools and educators improve teaching and learning and assists school personnel with proper licensure (certification) procedures. Owns and administers an authorized Pearson Vue dedicated testing center in Granite City, IL. (Testing is all we do at the center. Examples of companies testing at the ROE Testing Center include GED, ILTS, Cisco, CompTIA, and Microsoft, amongst hundreds of others.) Administers the constitution portion of the GED test. Provide Livescan fingerprinting services for school personnel, bus drivers, conceal and carry, etc. (Fingerprints are then forwarded to either the Illinois State Police or the FBI, or both.) Administers work permits for youth employment. The ROE also conducts annual school building inspections and inspects the building plans and specifications of public school rooms and buildings under construction.
