Vodafone Creates New Spark With its New Offer i-Roam Free

The data war started by Jio has already benefited the millions of domestic users in India.
Jio not only maintained the data price at the lowest level but also ensured that no other telecom company gets profit.

But with the new take of Vodafone for the customers who often make trips outside India, it is going to start another war with Jio and Airtel in this area.

Vodafone New Data Plan Released | i-Roam Free

Vodafone has planned to roll out its new plan with the name of i-Roam Free. This plan is completely for those customers who have Visa Travel prepaid card and under this plan, Vodafone has decided to offer two options: for 10 days and 28 days with the price tag of 3500 and 5000.

Vodafone i-Roam Free Coverage & Availability

It will cover 65 countries providing unlimited data and unlimited calling in 20 countries including USA, UK, Europe, UAE, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and free incoming and free data in other 45 countries.

In 10 days recharge customers will be getting the same recharge at the net price of 3000 after a discount of 500 for Visa Travel prepaid cardholders whereas the amount of discount increases to 750 for 28 days making the recharge amount equal to 4250.

In the official statement by Murali Nair, Vice President & Head of Client Relationship Management, India for Visa “As a recent Visa survey pointed out, 97% of Indian travelers want to stay connected to the internet while travelling, which is the highest compared to their global peers. Our association with Vodafone will ensure that the Indian traveler now has an added incentive to stay connected to the internet and in touch with their loved ones even while on travel across the world.”

Vodafone is definitely going to get the benefit because of its strong international network where Jio is obviously lacking. We are waiting for the Airtel to come with the same type of offer but time will tell if Airtel is going to add the spices or not in this hot environment.
