Have you ever searched for a nice Instagram video but couldn’t locate it again? You are not alone. This essentially implies that if you’ve lost track of a reel you enjoyed, there are methods to find it again.
Let us break it down !
View Reel Watch History:-
- You can open your profile
- Settings
- Your Activity
- Watch History.
View Reel Watch History :- sort by
- Newest-To-oldest
- Oldest-To-Newest
- All Dates ( Past Week, Past Mont, Date Range [Start Date – End Date]
View Reel Watch History :- filter by author)
- You can select all of them at once
- You can also select individual authors

Step by Step Proces : How to Instagram Watch History Reels Or Viewsed Video
Here’s how you use the new feature.
- Open Instagram App (Select One Account) and go to your Profile tab.
- Tap the three line menu (top-right).

- Choose Settings
- Click on the “Your activity” option.

- Next, scroll down a bit and click on the “Watch History” option as shown in the screenshot below.

- In this way, you will also see the history of the videos you have watched. shown in the screenshot below.

In that list you can:
- Sort newest – oldest or vice-versa.
- Set a date range.
- Filter by creator account.

Use the “Filter by account” feature in Watch History to easily identify Reels from certain artists you’ve seen, saving time and scrolling effort.
