A real-time strategy game, Factorio is another one to keep a close eye on. It’s part of Wube Software who started developing the game in 2012. The game went through a crowdfunding campaign and made it’s way into early-access to gamers worldwide since 2014.
Factorio heavily features survival and strategy theme. It starts off with a man who crash-lands on a planet home to aliens. The game allows the user to harvest resources as a means of survival. You can craft various tools and further progress to the advanced industrial era and access sophisticated technology.
A gamer can build an automated factory to mine, transport, and process the natural resources that they find in the game. That, in turn, will help make the rocket, power armor, drones and much more.
At present, you can win the game by launching a rocket with the help of a satellite. However, you can choose to stay and continue building your factory and not go for the rocket launching option too. However, the complete version of the game will follow the open-world theme and will not have an ending in it.
You will have to battle against the indigenous fauna of the planet, also known by as Bitters and guard your factory. A user can play both the single and multi-player mode on this one.
