Blogger, once a primetime competition to WordPress for blogging, has downed the tools. However, much of it has been because other prominent options came forth. However, Blogging is still alive and is an excellent option to have if you’re into blogging.
A sub-product of Google, Blogger, is free to use and allows you the option to use the subdomain as of blogspot.com or you can get your domain name if you want. It comes with the commenting system, has built-in social capabilities, features plenty of themes to use. Moreover, add to it, the ability to incorporate Google Adsense easily, Blogger represents a good bet.
You won’t find those flexibility levels of WordPress though in this. Neither will you get those plentiful of plugins, but there’s so much more to Blogger still. Having been around for so long, it was started back in 2003 by Google.
Blogger runs even on mobile platforms and comes with support for Andriod and iOS. It can be fully integrated with Google Plus, and the links to Google Adwords make it easier to create ads in the dashboard.
It also has a support channel known as Blogger Product Forum where you can reach for discussions and receive monitoring from Google staffs itself.
