Google Play Music is Google’s another venture for music streaming publicly launched on 16th Nov 2011. Like most of the music streaming services, it is also a Freemium service allowing users to listen upto 50000 songs from their libraries.
Google Play Music paid users can stream any song on the platform and also gives access to YouTube Music Premium. Currently YouTube Premium is only available in regions of United States, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico. You can also buy music from Google’s Store, and it will be added to your library.
Moreover, its paid users can store and listen to any music offline while Free users need an Internet Connection to stream. However, you can still listen to songs from your library in offline mode.
The Supported file formats are: MP3, AAC, WMA, FLAC, Ogg, or ALAC and Non-MP3 files will be converted to MP3 while uploading. You can make use of this service via application, web player or desktop applications to stream your favorite music.
