Ubuntu Touch is a mobile version of Ubuntu Operating System developed by the UBports, Ubuntu community. It is a free and open source operating system that is compatible with only Linux. The project of Ubuntu Touch was started in 2011. Ubuntu Touch OS comes with a large collection of preinstalled apps. Ubuntu Touch has many basic and the advance preinstalled application including an alarm clock, file manager, an email client and calculator and etc. Ubuntu Touch also has a preinstalled photo editing apps called InstantFX.
Ubuntu Touch used Qt5- based touch user interface and various software framework that was originally developed for Maemo and MeeGo. With Ubuntu Touch, you can run the same software on your phone that you are using on your desktop and laptop and if you need a big screen then you can connect your phone to the monitor and TV. Ubuntu touch comes with the full security you don’t need to worry about your privacy and protection.
