Gothic 3 is a role-playing game that has been set up in a fantasy world. It is developed by Piranha Bytes which is a German game development company. It was released in 2006 in USA. This game takes you to a mysterious journey where he or she has to complete various quests to earn skills and experience. This helps in the quest that comes after that. There are total six factions in the game. You can join three of them which are: The Rebels, The Orc Mercenaries and The Hashishin. As the game progress, the interaction with other character changes according to player behavior.

It is the third game in the Gothic series. In the first two games, the player has to fight a long way to become a hero. Here, the game setup is different with the main focus to discover a strategically important island.

There are battles to take the control over the towns. The player can help the side he is in in the combat. The combat is a unique point of the game where you have to attack as per the opponents’ attacks. There are various combinations to attack the opponents. The timed precision in the combat is required.
